
Ingredients:
- 50g spelt flour
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Method:
In a bowl mix the milk with vinegar and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients, add to wet and stir.
Fry on the nonstick pan for few minutes on both sides.
For these pancakes I used raw cacao protein powder from That Protein
If you don’t use protein powder you can add more flour.
