Chocolate oat waffles

Turn your oatmeal into waffles! Vegan, no flour, no oil and no sugar but for sure delicious, chocolate and protein packed!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats (50g)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150-180 ml soy milk

Method:

Blend the oats to flour. Combine with rest ingredients in the bowl.
Heat up the waffle maker. Pour 1-2 tbsp of batter and bake for 5 minutes. Eat with favorite toppings.

To make these waffles I used brown rice and raw cacao protein powder from That Protein

I don’t add extra sugar as I eat my waffles with fruits and lots of peanut butter and chocolate tahini. That is sweet enough for me! 😋
