Cookie dough truffles

Delicious, homemade healthy snack. Protein packed.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g chickpeas
  • 70 g nut butter
  • 50 g vanilla protein powder
  • 100 g dates
  • few drops of vanilla extract

Method:

Place all ingredients in food processor and combine until you will get a smooth mass. Roll the balls and melt the chocolate in water bath. Cover the balls and sprinkle with crushed speculoos cookies. Place in the fridge and keep them there until they are all gone!
