Sprouted buckwheat pancakes

Pancakes made with buckwheat sprouts which are healthy and rich in nutrients. These come out fluffy and filling. Make a great breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g buckwheat groats
  • 1 banana
  • splash of plant milk
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Rinse buckwheat groats, add them to a jar and soak for 8-10 hours. Remove the water, cover with cloth and set aside in dark place in the kitchen.
Rinse with cold water every 12 hours. In 36-48 hours your sprouts will be ready.

Add them to a bowl with all other ingredients and blend until you will get a smooth mass.

Heat up a pan and cook few minutes on both sides.

These pancakes come out nice and fluffy. You will love them!
