- 100g of oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp white chocolate protein powder
- 1 glass of plant milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 banana, chopped
- 2 tbsp caramel instant coffee
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
Mix all oatmeal ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. On the next day split into two serving jars.
Combine coffee ingredients in a dish and whip until fluffy. Top up your oatmeal and serve!
