I don’t know a person who would say: I don’t like tiramisu! But on plant based diet it’s not that easy to make this dessert. I made a cream base from millet. This is such a versatile grain as it’s grate for both sweet and savory dishes.
Do you know eating millet is very beneficial to your health? It’s nice to swap traditional oatmeal for millet porridge. I usually cook big portion of millet in rice cooker, keep it in the fridge and use for sweet or savory meals.
It’s a great alternative to a standard oatmeal.
