once I'm hooked on some food I can eat it every day. that's the smoothie story as well. 1 small beetroot + 2 handfuls of berries + 2 handfuls of spinach + flax seeds + pumpkin seeds + scoop of blueberry and cinnamon @myvegan protein powder + tbsp almond butter + splash of almond milk. blend and enjoy with favourite crunchy granola and more 🫐 i topped mine with salted caramel granola from @natuczech its a killer!
🤍 they say you need to grow to some stuff. I grew to be able to admire cut flowers in my home. It's a recent must. love how they look when the sun is shining on them. anyone else cannot wait for the summer weather?
digging up my childhood memories always full of delicious food made by my mum. I know for some of you, having a sweet lunch is a no go, but for me, occasionally, it's ok. I made these spelt crepes filled with vanilla cottage cheese and then I caramelize them on the pan with butter and maple syrup. they were delicious but of course, not as good as those from my mum!
one of my favourite sprouted buckwheat waffles. crispy with a nutty flavour. bake them on butter and you’ll be in heaven.
so my bf started a keto diet a while ago... and I look at this freshly baked bagel, still warm, ready to be sliced and covered with butter and think: why would you do this to yourself 🤣😂
recently I'm in love with farro, especially as my morning porridge. today I had it with my favorite berries - frozen blackberries cooked with ground chia seeds and fresh blueberries.
