Hazelnut buckwheat pancakes

The best Sunday morning starts with pancakes!


  • 50 gr buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 100 ml hazelnut milk 

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend the banana with milk and olive oil (or mash the banana with a fork and mix with the rest of wet ingredients).
Pour the mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients and whisk together.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat until golden. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
