My breakfast diet can easily be called 50 shades of waffles! I could eat them every day and it made me break up with my true love – oatmeal! And my favorite are definitely sourdough.

Baby beets cold summer soup (polish chłodnik)

The best summer cold soup (you can call it a beet gazpacho). It’s creamy thanks to the yogurt and sour from cucumbers. We always ate it with boiled egg cut in cubes. The best flavor definitely gives the kefir if you can get it. If not, plain yogurt will be fine as well.

Mango pudding

soft millet blended with whole mango is pure heaven. especially combined with chia pudding, kiwi, passion fruit and toasted nuts and seeds (i need something crunchy as topping) get yourself some millet and prepare this deliciousness!

Dalgona coffee oats

dalgona coffee is like coffee and dessert altogether! of course, I had to convert mine into breakfast. overnight oatmeal with caramel coffee topping.

how cute are all these trendy cereal pancakes! here are my vanilla and chocolate pancakes which i ate with coconut yogurt, chocolate tahini sauce, berries and banana slices.

Chipotle burger patties

one of my favorite flavor is definitely smoky chipotle. once I get my hand on a jar of these I add them everywhere! this is how pictured burgers / patties were created. combined with adzuki beans and buckwheat groats giving them a hint of a nutty flavor. total win!
