Vanilla protein pancakes

There is nothing a big stack of pancakes cannot fix!

Ingredients:

  • 70 g buckwheat flour
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml milk of choice

Method:

In small bowl mix plant milk with apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
In another bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Mash the banana and mix with milk and vinegar. Combine all ingredients together.
Cook the pancakes on medium heat for few minutes on each side.
Eat with peanut butter, chocolate spread and lots of fruits.
