I love making desserts with millet as it is so creamy and perfectly imitates cheese! If you haven’t tried it yet you should put it on your list!
- 100 g millet
- 250 ml milk of choice or water
- 50 ml coconut milk
- vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Cook the millet with plant milk or water. I cooked mine in rice cooker. Allow the millet to soak all the liquid. Blend hot with vanilla extract, maple syrup and pinch of salt.
Take 1/3 of the mass and blend with strawberry mousse. Combine in serving jars lining a cheesecake mass, strawberry cheesecake mass and strawberry mouse.
To make the mousse combine part of blended strawberries with chia seeds.
