- 60 g spelt flour
- 20 g sourdough starter (discard)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 130ml plant milk
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and divide into two part. Add cocoa powder into one part and stir. Heat up nonstick pan. Use squeeze bottle to make small pancakes or use 1 tsp per pancakes.
Eat with creamy yogurt and fruits or pour hazelnut milk on it (my fav!).
