Gnocchis with pesto and asparagus

Easy lunch idea with green veggies

Ingredients:

  • 100g gnocchis
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 100g green asparagus
  • pumpkin seeds

Method:

Cook gnocchis according to the package instruction. Wash and prepare asparagus. Cook it in the water for 8 minutes.
Heat up pan with a bit of oil. Add gnocchis and fry few minutes tossing occasionally. Remove from the stove, add pesto and asparagus and combine together. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with roasted pumpkin seeds and veggie parmesan.
