Matcha waffles

Buckwheat pancakes with healthy twist!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder from @gringostea
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Blend all wet ingredients and combine together with dry. Bake the waffles according to your waffle maker recommendations. Eat with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit slices, coconut yogurt and peanut butter.
