Buckwheat crepes

Simple gluten free pancakes recipe. Only two main ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla extract

Method:

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Heat up the pan and fry on medium heat. Serve with favorite ingredients. I prepared these crepes in 3 variations:
– peanut butter & lotus cookies spread + crushed lotus cookie
– coconut butter & chocolate chips
– peanut butter, banana slices and pretzels
