Coconut matcha bliss balls

These coconut matcha bliss balls are a perfect healthy snack and energy booster!


  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 50 g almond meal
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 50 g dates, soaked
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple or date syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Cool down the mass in the fridge and form balls using 1 tablespoon per ball. Cover with shredded coconut, cocoa nibs or matcha powder.
