It truly testes like a bakewell tart. So who wouldn’t want a cake for breakfast?
- 20 g almond flour*
- 20 g oats
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 150 ml almond milk
- handful of fresh pitted cherries
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook on low heat until its nice and thick. At the end stir few cherries. Transfer to a bowl and top up with almond butter, toasted almonds and more cherries
*Almond flour is essential. I tried to make it only with oats and it’s simply not the same!
