Because chocolate and peanuts is the best combination!
Ingredients:
- 300 gr oats
- 150 gr dates
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- additional water (from soaking dates)
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 250 gr dark chocolate
- 150 gr peanuts

Method:
Add dates to the bowl and cover with hot water for about 10 minutes. After the time, drain the dates but keep the water. Add oats, dates and coconut to the food processor and blend all together, adding water (or more coconut oil) to have the ingredients stick together.
Prepare the tray and cover it with baking paper. Press the crust to the tray and prepare the chocolate filling.
Melt the chocolate in the water bath, then add the coconut milk and stir.
Pour your chocolate filling to the oat crust and let it firm a little bit.
In the meantime roast your peanuts in the oven (around 150 C degrees) for few minutes until they start to smell nice and will be lightly brown. Let them cool a bit and then spread your nuts on the top of the cake. Cover your cake and refrigerate for few hours, preferable overnight.
