
Delicious breakfast for all coffee lovers!
Ingredients:
- 1 espresso
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp of yogurt
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- few chopped dates or other dried fruits
- few chopped nuts
- cocoa nibs
- 1 tsp fresh ground coffee
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. On the next day add chopped banana, stir and top up with more fruits such as raspberries. They perfectly break the sweetness and coffee flavor.
I don’t add any sugar so you might want to adjust the sweetness if you skip the dates and banana.
Also don’t be afraid to add ground coffee, it will turn out awesome! The taste of coffee is much stronger this way. Give it a try : )
