Overnight maqui oatmeal

Delicious maqui overnight oats. Easy breakfast you can prepare on the nigh before busy morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp maqui powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight. On the next day add favorite berries and take with you to the office or school.

I topped my oats with extra coconut chia pudding and blueberries .
