For all of you, green tea lovers!
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- hot water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 mashed banana
In a small saucepan whisk matcha powder with water. Add oats, chia and flax seeds. Let it soak the water. Add rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat for few minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and add favorite toppings.
I had mine with savory fruits, sweet matcha chocolate and coconut chips.
