
Is there a better combination other than chocolate, peanut butter, biscuits and marshmallows?
Ingredients:
- 50 g oats
- hot water
- 150 ml milk of choice
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 2-3 digestive biscuits
- handful of marshmallows
- dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- peanut butter
Method:
In a small saucepan add your oats and cover with hot water. Let the oats soak the water. This will make your oats more fluffy and creamy.
Add plant milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, cacao powder and chopped banana. Stir and cook on low heat until you reach desire consistency.
Once ready add marshmallows, crushed biscuits, chocolate pieces and stir.
Transfer to the serving bowl. Top up with more biscuits, chocolate and marshmallows and make a good drizzle of peanut butter.
