- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 and 1/2 cup of plant milk
- 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp pink pitaya
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 banana chopped or mashed
- few chopped nuts for extra crunch
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning top up with favorite fruits.
If you want to serve the oatmeal with chia pudding, prepare it same time as oats. Mix 2 tbsp of chia seeds with 3/4 cup of milk (you can replace half with yogurt) + 1 tsp green spirulina powder.
